SPACE-there should be sufficient space for the user to move around and be comfortable
HOUSEKEEPING-equipment should be kept clean and required maintenance done
ATMOSPHERIC CONDITION-the room should be at a good temperature and with fresh air
NOISE-both external and internal noise should be kept within responsible levels
LIGHTING-lighting should be sufficient and set up as not to reflect off the screen
DECOR-should be pleasant and relaxing
PRINTER LOCATION-away from the user to reduce noise and smell

Desk Dimensions

1.desk dimensions;
2.posture in chair and seating height;
3.feet placement;position of monitor,
4.keyboard and mouse relative to user;
5.rest periods and exercise.

1.the desk should be given a large amount of desk space for clutter and wrist space.

2.sitting up straight with ergonomic chair and your seating hight should be so your elbows are at 90 degrees.

3.feet should be stable on ground and your computer should be around eye hight.

4.key board should be level with elbows and on flat surface. mouse needs to be used on the right hand side of computer on flat surfaces.

5. you should take breaks to stop and move around to increase blood flow so you do not get blood clots.

paper out:-not working?no paper?put some more on the paper tray.

paper jam:-turn printer off atemp to take out paper

load a4 paper:-go to print setup change the size

printer offline:-load computer to printer

app os relationship

the user interfaces to the app.
then the app passes on messages to OS
the OS talks/passes on to the hard were/printer.

word processing

spread sheet
